1. ORDER

Delivery time
flaamusic.se usually sends ordered goods within 24 hours if the product is in our warehouse and the order is made before 16.00. Goods that are not in stock can vary greatly in delivery time and contact will be taken in each individual case to clarify the delivery time.


Prices
All prices on www.flaamusic.no/eu are stated in Euro (EUR) incl. 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, eg. in case of major changes in exchange rates. Stocked products are always delivered at a confirmed price and the price of a stocked product between order and delivery is changed, the price provided in the order confirmation applies. For products that are not available in stock during order placement, the confirmed price applies subject to price adjustments from the supplier or other circumstances beyond our control. After any adjustment, a new price shall be approved by the customer, otherwise the order will be canceled. We reserve ourselves against any inaccuracies and changes beyond our control.


Information on technical data and specifications from the manufacturer, or from the seller's website, is for guidance only and we reserve the right for any errors or changes.

Certificate
If you are under the age of 18, your legal guardian must approve the order.
flaamusic.se does not include agreements with minors (under the age of 18) without the parent's approval.

Wire transfer, payment information is provided with the order confirmation.

3. SHIPPING

Shipping cost consumer
Shipping cost is EUR 15,- per order and Freight free when buying over EUR 150,--
This applies to parcel shipments, some heavier products that cannot be sent as postal parcels are sent as unit shipping for EUR 69, - This will be disclosed at the checkout.


For companies, freight is always calculated either directly at the cash register or when invoicing.

Shipping options:
We normally send packages with PostNord, DPD or UPS For some heavier products, different delivery methods are required and then we will contact you for the best alternative. The deliveries comply with the carrier's conditions.


4. RIGHTS
Note The right of withdrawal does not apply to acquisitions.
For consumer purchases, you have a 14-day return policy when shopping at www.flaamusic.se.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of delivery, or in the case of partial delivery, when the last item is delivered, that you regret your purchase. The message will be sent to you via e-mail to info@flaamusic.se or by phone +46 380-552410. You can also use the Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form.

In your message, you should clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
We request that the goods be returned no later than 14 days after notification that the purchase has been revoked.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, you must bear the costs of returning the goods yourself.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered or custom goods ex. instruments that are not in stock and which are made to order, consumables that are opened, etc. There are also other exceptions according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

The condition of the product when you ship it in return
You are solely responsible for a possible reduction in the value of the goods caused by other handling than what is required to examine the kind, characteristics and functionality of the product. If the product has been tested beyond what is described above, we regard it as used. Decrease in value applies if the goods are returned in a used and degraded condition so that it cannot be resold as new. Flaa Music AB is based on this to calculate the depreciation and return to you before the amount is repaid.

The regulations of the Consumer Purchase Act apply
In order to get the entire purchase price back, you have to do the same as in a physical store. You may try the product, but do not take it for practical use. The product must be undamaged, with no signs of wear, no scratches and good clean condition
Original packaging an important part of the product's value. Remember to protect the original packaging and do not tape or otherwise destroy it, use extra outer packaging to get the whole purchase back back.

Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund any payments we received from you, including delivery costs, without any unnecessary delay.
In the event of a depreciation that you have caused, this is deducted from the purchase price.
Refunds are normally made to the same account used in the purchase.

5. GUARANTEES
When you, as a consumer, shop at www.flaamusic.se you have 24 months consumer reclamation rights.

6. APPLICATION OF THE RIGHTS
Complaints on a product should be made immediately after the defect has been detected and within reasonable time. If a complaint is made within 2 months, the complaint will be considered within a reasonable time.

7. WARRANTY PROVISIONS FOR COMPANIES
- 1 year warranty applies from the original invoice date
 - Replacement or repair does not mean that a new, extended warranty period is given.
- In the event of a complaint, the buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods to Flaa Music AB or the designated workshop.

8. OWNERSHIP
Flaa Music AB reserves the right to own goods purchased on credit until full payment has been received.
